A ‘closeted’ couple’s relationship looks doomed unless their differences can be resolved: one wants to come ‘out’ and looks to appeal to the liberal sections of society; the other prefers to remain firmly ‘in’, fearing prejudice and social stigma.

But Anna and Robert aren’t gay. They are straight. In the closet. And living in Homoworld. Struggling in a largely intolerant society where the majority gay and lesbian population can alienate heterosexuals, they decide to move to a more ‘tolerant’ city to set up home and a family, but even those plans are in jeopardy given the strains of every day life in a flip-side world.

As Anna’s final day at work approaches and Robert packs their belongings at home, unresolved issues come to a head between them and Robert’s state of mind appears to be reaching a dangerous tipping point.
